Sleep for Kids

We all want our children to learn optimally and develop important life-long skills. But did you know that many of our students are regularly missing out on a key aspect of a good education – sleep? Here is an excellent article which outlines the issue as well as recommendations that teenagers should be getting at least 9 hours of sleep each night and that younger students usually need 10-11 hours of sleep a night.
