Students recently participated in a speech competition sponsored by our local Fenelon Falls Legion. Select students were chosen to participate and top finishers at the Legion were able to move on to district levels. Some of those students placed at the district level. This is a huge accomplishment. Congratulations to our students and we wish to thank our local Legion Branch in Fenelon Falls for being such a wonderful community partner.
Earlier this week, 4 of our grade 8 students participated in a Skills Trade competition held at IE Weldon. Congratulations to the team as they took 1st place and now move on to the provincial competition to be held in Toronto in the coming weeks.
Congratulations to all the participants! Way to go Tigers!
