Tiger Tracks for the Week of Oct. 14, 2022
Hello Tiger Families,
Thank you to everyone who has sold tickets for our Golf Ball Drop already! The big day is October 28th, so you still have time to sell your tickets or you can send them in to the school and we will redistribute them. This fundraiser will help to purchase outdoor phys ed equipment, more technology and some more Guided Reading programs.
Thank you to our generous donors who have donated prizes for the Golf Ball Drop, we truly appreciate your support!!
We were totally amazed with the support we received from the Tiger Community for our Terry Fox Campaign! Over $3600!! Mr. Arkwright had a great time being taped to the pole and letting the top fundraisers throw wet sponges at him!!
A big Thank you! To Mrs. Wilson for leading our Cross-Country Team. They had an awesome day at Ken Reid Park. The athletes were amazing in their sportsmanship and their running. They represented our community to the highest degree!
Our soccer teams have been practising and playing some exhibition games to prepare for the tournament at the end of the month. Thank you to Mr. Hiscock for coaching our soccer team.
We have been noticing that some students are being dropped off well before supervision is available. Students are not to be on school property unsupervised. Supervision begins at 8:55 a.m. Please do not leave students on school property unsupervised.
We have also been noticing that parents are stopping on the road and letting students out or picking them up. Please come through the car lane to drop and pick up students. This will ensure all students are safely getting dropped off or picked up. Thanks!
